It is well made and bounces high and in unexpected directions. Great for playing with the family. You would need a large space (such as an empty parking lot) to really throw it back and forth. Small and easy to carry.
Using this to help train my (ice hockey) Squirt goalie. He hates it! But his reaction times are improving and he's getting much better at covering the ball, instead of letting it slip through his glove. Bought an extra one for him to play with at home.
If your little or big ball player needs to sharpen up his skills this product is it! Both my sons’ reaction times have increased drastically from using this! We also use a pitching training baseball and both these lead my boys to being on the tournament teams!
Solid agility balls that bounce and perform as you'd expect. Will purchase again as I use them for a fitness class I teach.
Other than a previous product I bought, this item proves to be much better. My daughter uses this almost everyday and it proves to be sturdy other than a few scratches and small pieces of rubber tearing off but what can i say? She constantly practices with it.
Bounses all over the place. Gave my kido his first bloody nose, but taught him to keep his hand over the glove for those jumping balls.
I purchased this thing to work on my agility and hand eye coordination. It works well for that purpose and I also found that it makes for a great little self-myofascial release device. Used up against a wall (just like you would with a lacrosse ball) it is good for targeting trigger points in your pecs and shoulders. Thanks.
My son (7) plays baseball and has been struggling to react when the ball is hit. The ball will roll right next to him and he won't move until the ball stops. I bought this and tossed it around with him and boy does it make a difference! He started to follow the ball and anticipate where it was going to go based on it's movement. What I love is that the ball is hard to predict, so he has to keep moving until he catches it. He thought it was fun and and played for nearly an hour.
